Today Albania is an open-air construction site, and Tirana is the symbol of an aggressive and vital country, full of fresh energies to be thrown in the free market and new economy pot – from public  and private construction to financial and telephone marketing.  Tirana is not only the capital of the country of eagles, but also the one of call centers, which grinds work, operators and sales in a continuous and hammering flux, mainly addressed to Italy because of the language, learnt by Albanians through the Italian TV programs. This is why the development of this strategic field of the Albanian labour market is closely linked to Italy, neighboring country, ex colonizer and now inexhaustible source of telephonic bid users.
