For its 2020 edition, MyART Film Festival dedicates the Best Documenatry Award to film director of African origin Sarah Maldoror. It is a 3000 euros money prize granted by the System of protection for beneficiaries of international protection and foreign unaccompanied minors (Siproimi).

MyART also dedicates the Best Short film Award to Egyptian videomaker Shady Habash. It os a 1500 euros money prize granted by Fondazione Migrantes. The eligible works are fiction short films of up to 30 minutes dealing with topics concerning human rights, specially migration and respect of fundamental freedoms (expression, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, etc.). religione, genere, orientamento sessuale, etnia, etc).

The deadline to submit to the fourth edition to have the chance to win the awards is 31st October 2020.
